Received the PCB design yesterday and ready for DIY PCB etching! Will get a test board made up in a day or so. Need to get some drill bits and try some laser transfer printing.
After a few failed attempts trying to learn EagleCAD plus trying to design the relay component for it I decided to just post on RentACoder.com for some one to design the PCB for me. I already had the circuit hand drawn out and breadboarded so I just sent all the info to the winning coder and he got it done within a week for about $20. He switch applications and used DipTrace which seems to be a really cool schematic and PCB design tool but just kinda pricey.
